Our Company
EndFire Engineering is a leading independently operated company within the Construction Industry with branches in Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville and Darwin. Due to the organic growth and strategic expansion of our operations we are looking for an experienced Company Receptionist for a full time position. This position is based in our Townsville Office.
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
– Coordinate office activities and operations Company Wide to achieve efficiencies and compliance to company policies
– Manage incoming phone calls and build a friendly relationship with both clients and suppliers
– Coordinate company mail and banking requirements
– Organize company vehicle and building maintenance
– Organize company uniform and stationary orders
– Coordinate phone and internet requirements for the business
– Maintain registers for company vehicles, phones, uniforms, tools, office assets/furniture
– Coordinate company freight requirements
– Maintain company social media and website requirements
– Provide administration support to all team members where required
– General reception and office duties as required
Experience and Qualifications:
– Self starter requiring minimum supervision
– High attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality outputs
– Experience with the Microsoft Office suite essential
– Proven experience in a similar role is essential
– Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to think laterally, ability to take decisive action and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
