Steph is the Executive Assistant and Marketing Lead at Endfire Engineering, operating as a key driver of business performance, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency across the organisation. Working closely with the Director and executive team, Steph plays an integral role in shaping and executing business priorities, ensuring the seamless coordination of projects, people, and systems at every level.

With a strong focus on practical outcomes and execution, Steph leads a broad portfolio spanning marketing, business development, systems optimisation, and executive operations. Her work underpins Endfire’s professional presence and growth, including the development of high-impact capability statements, award submissions, tender support, and brand positioning across key sectors such as defence, infrastructure, and major projects.
