At Endfire Engineering our team is our number one asset. We bring the knowledge and experience of over 20 years of fire system engineering, design and installation.
Nathan Farmer is the Senior Project Manager for Endfire Engineering in the Northern Territory, leading the delivery, performance, and strategic oversight of all regional projects. Since joining Endfire in 2013, Nathan has built his career within the business, progressing from on-the-ground installation roles through to senior leadership, bringing with him a deep technical understanding and practical knowledge of fire protection systems and project delivery.
Over the past decade, Nathan has played a key role in delivering a wide range of complex projects across the Northern Territory, including Howard Springs Correctional Centre, Robertson Barracks JLU, Michael Long Learning Centre, Gateway Shopping Centre, Casuarina Shopping Centre upgrades, Darwin Airport extensions, the Tindal NACC Project, Darwin Air Traffic Control Tower, and the RAAF Base Darwin AIR7000 project.
Nathan began his career installing dry fire systems across multiple projects before progressing into a supervisory role, where he led site-based installation teams across both wet and dry fire systems. His experience now spans the full project lifecycle, with strong technical capability across fire protection systems including gas suppression, foam systems, and complex integrated solutions.
In addition to his fire systems expertise, Nathan brings extensive experience across refurbishment and upgrade works, tenancy fit-outs, remote and logistically challenging projects, as well as civil underground services and seismic support systems. This breadth of experience enables him to confidently lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate the unique challenges of construction delivery in the Northern Territory.
As Senior Project Manager, Nathan is responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent projects, mentoring Project Managers, and ensuring all works are delivered in line with contractual, safety, quality, and commercial expectations. He is known for his practical, solutions-focused leadership style, strong stakeholder relationships, and ability to drive performance in complex and high-pressure environments.
Nathan’s long-standing tenure with Endfire, combined with his deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of the business, positions him as a key leader in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across the company’s Northern Territory operations.
