Murat is a Senior Project Manager at Endfire Engineering, based in Sydney, where he leads the delivery of major projects across New South Wales. He plays a key role in driving Endfire’s continued growth in the region, overseeing complex infrastructure projects and ensuring consistent delivery across time, cost, quality, and safety outcomes.

Currently, Murat is overseeing works on the Western Harbour Tunnel project in Sydney, one of the state’s most significant infrastructure developments. Operating within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment, he works closely with project teams and key stakeholders to navigate challenges, maintain program alignment, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Murat brings a strong focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and performance, with the ability to manage complex site conditions while maintaining clear communication across multidisciplinary teams. His leadership supports efficient project execution and reinforces Endfire’s reputation as a trusted delivery partner on major infrastructure works.

He is known for his practical, solutions-focused approach and his ability to adapt within dynamic project environments, where no two days are the same.
