Having more than 20 years’ experience in both the corporate finance sector and public accounting sector, Melissa oversees the financial resources of the business to ensure successful outcomes and compliance.
Melissa joined Endfire Engineering in 2012 as Financial Manager when it was a 3-branch operation which quickly grew to 5 Australian branches and 1 New Zealand branch. Melissa is responsible for budget planning, developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk, develop long-term business plans, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. Melissa provides a key focus on organisation, attention to detail and efficient processes to ensure Endfire continues to succeed.
