Mat is the Projects Director for the business and is responsible for overseeing business operations as well as supporting the project managers. Mat specialises in Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Financial Management of projects, Procurement, Design, Programming, Staffing, Coordination, Value Engineering and Overall Project Management of specialised fire systems.
Mat has extensive experience across all Fire Services, Construction, Electrical Fire, Mechanical Fire, Special Hazards and Hydraulic sectors within Australia and abroad (Christchurch, NZ) in the construction industry, covering Education, Correctional Services, Health, Defence, Commercial Office / Retail, Government / Public, Industrial, Refurbishment / Fit outs, Residential & Hotels, Sports & Recreational Facilities, Special Hazards, Bulk Fuel Storage Facilities and Shopping Centres.
