Project Administration Team Leader
Emma has worked in the Fire Industry for over 30 years and a considerable amount of that time has been with spent at Endfire Engineering, initially starting back in 2001. Emma’s role as Project Administration Team Leader involves overseeing the handling of project budgets, client progress claims, variation control, subcontractor control, meeting management and Endfire’s project administration team management.
Emma also carries out the development of Quality Assurance project documentation, ensuring that Endfire work to achieve completion targets in accordance with Endfire’s Quality objectives.
