Brent Cranage
Project Manager, Northern Territory

Brent is a Project Manager at Endfire Engineering in the Northern Territory, having recently progressed into the role following his tenure as a Project Supervisor. His promotion reflects his strong performance in leading site-based delivery, as well as his ability to take on increasing responsibility across project coordination, team leadership, and execution.

With a solid background in on-site supervision, Brent brings a practical, hands-on understanding of construction and fire system installation into his project management role. He is actively involved in supporting the delivery of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with project requirements.

Brent has been an integral part of successful project delivery across some of Endfire’s most significant projects, including the Caymus Fuel Farm, Robertson Barracks, Darwin Correctional Facility, and the RAAF Base Darwin AIR7000 project. His involvement across these large-scale and high-risk environments has strengthened his capability in managing complex site conditions, coordinating teams, and maintaining delivery standards under pressure.

His experience includes coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, and contributing to cost control, procurement, and project reporting. Brent’s ability to communicate effectively across teams and respond proactively to on-site challenges supports consistent and reliable project outcomes.

Committed to his ongoing professional development, Brent is currently undertaking industry-related diploma qualifications to further strengthen his project management capability. His dedication to learning, combined with his strong work ethic and practical approach, positions him as a developing leader within the Endfire team.

Operating within the Northern Territory, Brent continues to build his experience across a diverse project portfolio, contributing to Endfire’s reputation for quality delivery while progressing into full end-to-end project management responsibility.
