EndFire Engineering is a leading independently operated company within the Construction Industry. Due to the organic growth and strategic expansion of our operations we are looking for an Administration Officer to assist with procurement and other administration within our team in a full time role for immediate start.
Reporting to the Project Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
– Raising and issuing of Purchase Orders through to receipt of goods
– Develop and distribute procurement reports including monthly expenditure to Project Managers
– Maintain good relations with suppliers
– Maintain order information such as qualifications and delivery logistics
– Maintain project procurement registers and documentation for submission to client
– Maintain supplier product catalogues
– Assist with booking of staff travel arrangements
– Obtain and submit technical data for client Sample Submissions
– Assistance with development of Operation and Maintenance Manuals
– Ensure all purchasing activities are caried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
– Provide general administration assistance to other administration staff as and when required
Experience and Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience in an administration role ideally while working in the construction industry
– Self starter requiring minimum supervision
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– High attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality outputs
– Experience with the Microsoft Office suite essential
– Experience with Simpro would be an advantage however not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate
– Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to think laterally, ability to take decisive action and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
